Welcome to the Dubuque Mosaic Lodge No. 125 Website

A bequest from the estate of a deceased member has enabled Mosaic Lodge to create an endowment fund from which investment income is used to annually provide scholarships to graduates of Dubuque’s public high schools and grants to eligible non-profit organizations within the community. Please utilize the appropriate link below to access the applications for scholarships or grants and then complete them online before printing and subsequently submitting them.
