A bequest from the estate of a deceased member has enabled Mosaic Lodge to create an endowment fund from which investment income is used to currently award $2,000 scholarships to seniors graduating from either Dubuque Senior High School or Hempstead Senior High School. Since the program’s inception in 2005, the Lodge has awarded a total of $83,000 in scholarships to 51 graduates. Five $2,000 scholarships were awarded in 2016.

The application can be mostly completed online by entering the requested information highlighted within the various sections.Once this information has been provided, print a copy of the application and then complete the remaining sections. Applications must be submitted to the Lodge at the address indicated on the application by no later than February15th annually.
